[instrumental fade-in] [Verse 1:] Before you cast your gaze on me, Look inside and you will see, The flaws you find, the things you hide, They linger deep, they’re side by side. [Chorus:] Don’t judge me if you’re not prepared, To face the same, to feel the stare, Meet your own standards, make it right, Pick the plank, before you fight. [Break] [Verse 2:] A splinter in your brother’s eye, But in your own, the plank’s so high, First, look within, remove the stain, Then speak your truth without the pain. [Chorus:] Don’t judge me if you’re not prepared, To face the same, to feel the stare, Meet your own standards, make it right, Pick the plank, before you fight. [Bridge:] Reflections show what we can’t see, The truth inside, it sets us free, So judge with care, and judge with love, Remember what you’re thinking of. [Break] [Chorus:] Don’t judge me if you’re not prepared, To face the same, to feel the stare, Meet your own standards, make it right, Pick the plank, before you fight. [Outro:] Look within, before you speak, The strength to judge comes from the weak. [End]
