I used to ask what this feeling means Try to name it, try to make it behave But the body don’t speak in labels It just moves the way it’s made I learned words before I learned breath Learned stories before sensation I thought the map was the territory Thought the lesson was the location But knowing ain’t the same as feeling And concepts blur what’s here I only know what I was taught to notice Everything else just disappears So I let it move I let it pass I let it rise and I let it crash No good or bad, no wrong or right Just energy changing shape in time I don’t call it anger I don’t call it fear I feel the heat, the pulse, the pressure And let the body clear The mind loves lines and definitions Likes a reason, likes a cause But the river never asks permission When it swells or when it pauses Seasons don’t apologize For winter or for bloom The body’s just completing cycles It knows exactly what to do What I learned ain’t all there is It’s just the lens I was given to see But sensation don’t need agreement It only asks to move through me So I let it move I let it pass I let it rise and I let it crash No good or bad, no wrong or right Just energy changing shape in time I don’t call it sadness I don’t call it pain I feel the wave, I feel it peak And fall back into space Maybe I called it danger When it was just intensity Maybe I named it something broken When it was asking to be free What I know is not the limit Of what’s happening in me The body’s wiser than the language It completes what it needs So I feel No fixing No story to defend Just sensations doing what they do Beginning, middle, end And I don’t need to understand To let it leave I trust the rhythm underneath I feel, and it completes
