Insecurity dictated my every decision Living for approval, ain’t really livin’ Terrified of man, and a bad reputation Smilin’ in their faces while I was suffocating. I was chained down in trepidation, Fear of rejection became my occupation. Compromised truth just to sit at their table, Knew I was called but I acted unable. A voice said, “Boy, why you scared to bleed? You were born for the battle, not comfort and ease.” Amazing grace how sweet the sound, No more hiding in fear, I’m standin’ up now. I won’t bow to the crowd anymore! I hear the call like thunder in the war! Cut the chains, let the cain’t say can— Gird your loins and be a man! Be a man! And Stand! Having done all Stand up, man up, soldier get your head up You serve the great I am It’s time… to be a man! They shut down churches They want to Charlie Kirk us Hell must be gettin nervous Cause young men are finding purpose Quit drownin’ in distractions and digital narcotics, Numbed by entertainment while the culture’s gone demonic. Entangled in the world like a dog on a chain, Tryna fight spiritual wars with an aversion to pain NO more passivity, or anonymity When speaking truth is a criminal activity Cowards stay silent while the innocent die, When tolerance becomes violence and is weaponized This ain’t pride This ain’t rage, A godly man is one forged in flame. Carry your cross with your boots in the dirt, A man lays down his life to put others first Be a man! And Stand! Having done all Stand up, man up, soldier get your head up You serve the great I am It’s time… to be a man! Be a man! And Stand! Having done all Stand up, man up, soldier get your head up You serve the great I am It’s time… to be a man! Silence in the face of evil is itself evil It ain’t the church cause it’s got a steeple Open up the doors and I see spiritually dead people Are you entertained? Still afraid? Still playing the world’s games? Son it’s time to awake We got giants and dragons to slay! Be a man! And Stand! Having done all Stand up, man up, soldier get your head up You serve the great I am It’s time… to be a man! Be a man! And Stand! Having done all Stand up, man up, soldier get your head up You serve the great I am It’s time… to be a man! Stand… Stand your ground… Stand… Stand your ground… It’s time… to be a man!
