[Verse 1] Don’t be discouraged; do not fear; be encouraged; God’s sincere… Hold him dear; yes, draw near… Be encouraged, God’s sincere. [Verse 2] He wants us; and wants us to trust him. Awesome Father and Jesus, and Holy Spirit is not dim. [Verse 2 repeated] He wants us; and wants us to trust him. Awesome Father and Jesus, and Holy Spirit is not dim. [Verse 3] Why worship man? Yes, why worship man? That’s not God’s plan… Seek the Lord, then. And, God wants the best for us: working more than overtime for us. Will we, in him, trust? Do not go astray by lust… [Chorus] Overtime, overtime; God’s working more than overtime! Planning our lives; Christ’s sacrifice; he is all for us; thank-you Jesus… Overtime, oh overtime. [Verse 4] No, God doesn’t want us to go to hell. Let us not give ourselves to the enemy to sell. The fallen angels are the ones who fell– But there’s hope for us, the bible tells. [Chorus] Overtime, overtime; God’s working more than overtime! Planning our lives; Christ’s sacrifice; he is all for us; thank-you Jesus… Overtime, oh overtime. [Verse 5] TRUST GOD. Seek him. TRUST GOD. Seek him. Do not be led astray; do not delay; pray and obey… Sowing good pays… Sowing good pays… [Chorus] Overtime, overtime; God’s working more than overtime! Planning our lives; Christ’s sacrifice; he is all for us; thank-you Jesus… Overtime, oh overtime. [Instrumental]
