Searching for what it could not find. A glimpse of warmth, a flicker of light. But all it touched. it left behind. They whispered of the beast unknown. Of eyes that gleamed like cold. dark stone. But none could see the heart alone, A soul of sorrow, turned to bone. It longed for love, it longed for peace. But all it found was fear, unease, And so its hunger would not cease. Its wrath unleashed, with cruel ease. The townsfolk came with torch and blade. To hunt the beast, to end its reign. But in the darkness, plans were laid. The monster's vengeance, cold as pain. One by one. their lights went out. The village fell to silent screams. No one left to tell about The monster's wrath. born of lost dreams. In the end, it stood alone. The world now silent. cold, and still. A nameless beast, with heart of stone. Its vengeance done, its soul to kill. It vanished then, into the night. No trace was left, no sign, no sound. But in the dark, its eyes burn bright. A vengeful ghost. forever bound.
