No place yourself inside of the eye of the swinging participant aimed just to give you that burst of brightness and failing over and over again the inadequacy that would accumulate inside of this person the internalization the disassociation the disengagement it happens in so many relationships unfortunately, it’s a concept that I’ve started looking into. It’s a concept that has molded every relationship that I’ve picked. It’s generational. It’s a trauma bond.
