I don´t know what´s come over me

was it in my yesterdays a name i always used to praise now it´s gone, i don´t know where it´s like an obscure memory flicking on my tv-screen out of reach, but i don´t care just an electronic love a small affair that ain´t enough close encounters in cyberspace just an e-mailing romance take a bow and take a chance or get lost without a trace i shake and shiver slide and sliver stand and deliver because i don´t know what´s come over me she said her pain is still immense and sometimes it´s i can sense a quick reminder in her voice too many broken promises too many heartaches in excess caught in melancholic noise to her the mirror tells it all her truth that i can see is false a self esteem that is so low but she is beauty personified pure at heart and pure at mind a star with an everlasting glow i shake and shiver slide and sliver stand and deliver because i don´t know what´s come over me
