[10-15 second instrumental intro] In the beginning….. God created….and it was good But why then, don’t we live like we should? Adam fell, his choice To eat of the fruit His progeny, with fallen nature followed suit Bound to sin like slaves there is no freedom An exodus from death to enter God’s kingdom We needed one to come and set us free Emmanuel…. our salvation’s guarantee [chorus] circumcise our hearts of stone. For life is found in you alone. We bow our hearts in reverence to Yeshua….the Way, the Truth, the Life…sing hallelujah Yeshua came to save, the kinsmen redeemer To grant rebirth and change our hearts demeanor From death to life, he called our name in grace From stone to flesh so we might see God’s face He broke the weighty chains of shame and sin The yoke of death we bore to our chagrin The Spirit breathed new life for man to see By Yahweh’s choice and will in Sovereignty [chorus] circumcise our hearts of stone. For life is found in you alone. We bow our hearts in reverence to Yeshua….the Way, the Truth, the Life…sing hallelujah There’s nothing that you’ve done to earn His love No will of man can discern the Truth above The narrow path that leads to heaven’s rest Where worship fills the earth by we His blessed By faith through grace alone the Spirit falls On those, his sheep for whom the Shepherd calls Baptized in death by water, cloud and fire He plants the seed of life and holy desire Which springs to life and grows to cast it shade On all within creation He has made Reflecting Yahweh’s love, His peace and grace The tree of life where rest one can embrace [outro - fadeout] circumcise our hearts of stone. For life is found in you alone. We bow our hearts in reverence to Yeshua….the Way, the Truth, the Life…sing hallelujah
