Everyone reaches for distant light, Chasing dreams beyond the endless night. Some will rise and touch the sky, Many fade before they learn to fly. Still we walk through pain and grief, Holding on to fragile belief. Shattered dreams still leave a flame, Every scar becomes our name. Maybe this is self-salvation, A lonely cry against the storm. But if my heart still burns through creation, I don’t need a crown at all. Fame will fade like ash away, But the fire in me remains. I would rather live with passion Than lose myself for hollow praise. Maybe this is self-salvation, But I will wear it without shame. Through every scar and every failure, I became who I am today. Even if I never reach the heights, I will keep creating till the end. A soul fulfilled by its own flame Is worth far more than empty fame.
