[Intro] T.G.I.F. You know what that means Tongue Goes In First Yeah… keep up with me [Verse 1] Friday night, lights down low You give me that look like, “Where we gonna go?” No need to rush, let the tension talk You get a little closer every time we walk Lipstick on, attitude set You haven’t seen nothing interesting yet I like a little trouble, you like it too So tell me, baby, what we gonna do? [Pre-Chorus] Don’t say a word I know that grin You know the rules So let the games begin [Chorus] T.G.I.F. Tongue Goes In First Friday night fever Make it worse T.G.I.F. You know the code Come a little closer Let me take control T.G.I.F. Tongue Goes In First If you came for innocent You picked the wrong verse [Verse 2] Bedroom door closes, music fades away Your eyes meet mine and neither looks away Neon through the curtains, shadows on your skin You pull me closer, let the night begin Your hand finds mine, then slowly slips away Tracing a little closer, teasing me to stay My breath catches when you move that slow Like you already know exactly where this goes No need for talking, no need to pretend The tension between us is about to begin You lean in closer, your lips brush my ear And suddenly Friday night feels dangerous in here [Bridge] Lights down low, your shadow over mine No words needed, we’re running out of time Every little touch makes the room disappear You whisper my name and pull me near T-G-I-F You know what comes next T-G-I-F You can read the text Tongue Goes In First That’s the only rule tonight No more talking, no more teasing Just let the feeling take the night [Final Chorus] T.G.I.F. Tongue Goes In First Friday night fever Make it worse T.G.I.F. You know the code Come a little closer Let me take control T.G.I.F. Tongue Goes In First Weekend just started… Daddy And we’re making it worse
