I asked if I could rework it because I wanted to do it respectfully. Not just add more layers, not drown out the original, but bring my own production and direction while keeping the heart of what was already there. This song is called Frequency 11 because it took 11 versions before the signal finally locked in. The song is about being right beside someone and still feeling like you are losing them in real time. The line is open, the room is quiet, but the voice you need most keeps breaking through as static. For the Studio build, I leaned into emotional R&B and future bass. using my vocals, deep low end, wide chorus lift, air harmonies, small glitch details, and a final frequency shut off to make the ending feel like the connection finally cuts.
