Intro Listen, it’s been a while.. I’ve been sacrificing time, energy, blood sweat and tears on this road. Waiting for the perfect moment that I realize now will never come. A couple things I’ve learned along the way. If you want something to happen, no matter the circumstances. Go make it happen.. Time waits for no man. So here I am, in the flesh. Making it happen. You know why? Because, ITS TIME! Verse 1 Time waits for no man, oh yea. So here I go man. See me jumping on the track, time to pick my feet off the floor man. All I know is It’s time to go man. All I know, I’m out the door man. And you Won’t catch me looking back. Moving forward is all I know man. I’ve got the pedal to the metal. I’m smashing on the gas. All the shade that they be throwing. I just turn that into gas. All the doubt and disbelief. Leave them stuck inside the past. And keep it pushing, it’s obvious. We know they weren’t built to last. I’ve got the wind to my chest, and I’ve got fire in my veins. I’ve got these scars on my soul, but I know that they are just the lanes. That brought me confidence so, imma use them every single day. I’ve got no time to be slow, and I don’t got time to save the day. I’ve gotta make it for my family, lord I thank you for this day.
