The Shepherd’s Psalm (Psalm 23) The Lord’s my Shepherd, I shall not fear, He walks beside me, ever near. In fields of green He gives me rest, By quiet waters I am blessed. Lead me home, O Shepherd kind, Through every hill Your path I’ll find. In joy or sorrow, night or day, Your love will always light my way. Your rod and staff my courage keep, You never slumber, never sleep. I’ll dwell within Your house above, Forever held in perfect love. He heals my soul and makes me strong, He leads my feet where I belong. Along the path of truth and grace, I walk secure within His embrace. Though through the darkest vale I tread, I will not fear nor bow my head. For You are there beside my way, Your faithful hand my hope each day. Before my foes You spread the feast, My cup runs over without cease. With oil of gladness You anoint, My heart and Yours forever joined.
