The Refiner Comes
[Inspired by Revelation + Malachi 3] [Intro – Spoken with low choral swell] Who can endure the day of His coming? Who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire… And He comes now. [Verse 1 – Roared, deliberate] Scroll unsealed, heavens torn Thrones collapse, empires mourn Lamb now Lion, flame now crown What was high comes crashing down [Verse 2 – Spoken with rising tension] Not chaos—no This fire is clean A blade of light Cutting between Every deed, every word Every king who never heard Every chain that claimed to free Now weighed in flame eternally [Chorus – Chant in layered voices] The Refiner comes! Not to burn wild— But to test the forged, To weigh the fire, To name the gold, To call the true, To break the false, And carry through. [Verse 3 – Roared and echoing] No place to hide, no shadow deep His gaze cuts mountains from their sleep The sea gives up her rebel dead The books are read. The flames are fed. [Bridge – Spoken, soft but piercing] He does not forget He does not delay But He waits… for the forge to finish And now it is time. [Final Chorus – All-In] The Refiner comes! And none escape! The Word is fire The fire takes shape Those who endured Now shine, not break— The forge is done. The chains awake. [Outro – Whispered over wind and flame] And I saw… a new heaven, and a new earth… glowing like glass from the fire that finished it.
