Paper 77 – The Midway Creatures
🎶 Song: The Midway Legacy – Struggle, Division, and Destiny

(Verse 1 – The Nodite Lineage)
From Caligastia’s rebel band,
The Nodites rose across the land.
Children born of staff untrue,
A lineage marked by what they knew.
Divided hearts, yet culture strong,
Their story weaves both right and wrong.

(Verse 2 – Adamson and Ratta)
Adamson left the garden’s gate,
Seeking truth, a nobler fate.
He found Ratta, Nodite fair,
Together built a race with care.
Their children bore a brighter flame,
Civilizations rose in name.
From their blood the Greeks would rise,
Wisdom shining through the skies.

(Verse 3 – The Primary Midwayers)
One hundred staff, in secret ways,
Produced their offspring through strange days.
Fifty thousand midway born,
Half in light, but most forlorn.
Tragically they chose the wrong,
Joined rebellion, lost their song.
Yet still they bridge the mortal span,
Supra-mortal, aiding man.

(Verse 4 – The Secondary Midwayers)
From Adamson’s line, new beings came,
Closer to mortals, yet not the same.
They do not sleep, they never tire,
Electric sparks, celestial fire.
Destined here till Light and Life,
Serving through the age of strife.
Faithful watchers, unseen eyes,
Guarding truth beneath the skies.

(Chorus – Eternal Bridge)
Midway hosts, between the planes,
Binding earth with heaven’s chains.
Though rebellion scarred their role,
Still they serve the Father’s goal.

(Verse 5 – The Tower of Babel)
Nodites dreamed a tower high,
To reach the heavens, touch the sky.
But pride and conflict tore apart,
Division broke the common heart.
Languages scattered, tribes withdrew,
Unity lost, confusion grew.
A lesson carved in Babel’s fall,
Without true faith, no tower tall.

(Verse 6 – The Midway Mission)
Primary hosts, though many fell,
Still some remained to serve as well.
Secondary bands, loyal and bright,
Carry Urantia through the night.
They will remain till ages shine,
Till Light and Life in full divine.
Then their mission shall be done,
Translated home, their race begun.

(Chorus – Eternal Bridge)
Midway hosts, between the planes,
Binding earth with heaven’s chains.
Though rebellion scarred their role,
Still they serve the Father’s goal.

(Verse 7 – Destiny of the Midwayers)
They shall not sleep, nor fade away,
Until the dawn of brighter day.
When Adjusters come, their souls shall rise,
To Jerusem’s halls beyond the skies.
Faithful watchers, guardians true,
Their destiny awaits anew.

(Final Bridge + Chorus)
Nodite strife, Adamson’s seed,
Midway hosts in time of need.
Babel fell, yet wisdom stayed,
Through midway hands the path was laid.
Midway hosts, between the planes,
Binding earth with heaven’s chains.
Though rebellion scarred their role,
Still they serve the Father’s goal.
Till Light and Life shall crown the earth,
And midway souls find second birth.
