[Verse 1] Heart's pounding in my chest, yeah, I'm standing at the door Waiting till I'm ready? Nah, I'm done with that before Take the step, say hello, let the nerves come along Confidence ain't a feeling, it's a muscle getting strong [Pre-Chorus] Don't wait for the feeling, go Move your feet and let it show [Chorus] Let the confidence catch up, catch up, catch up Take action first, never mind the butterflies Let the confidence catch up, catch up, catch up Be yourself out loud, no approval, no disguise [Verse 2] Get out of my head, too much thinking kills the flow Be right here in the moment, let the good times grow Every little brave move is a reference in the bank Tried it and survived it, now I've got something to thank [Verse 3] Sleep and move and eat right, keep my state up high Energy's the compass, yeah, I'm playing like the sky Not chasing every thumbs-up, not performing for a crowd Just me, unapologetic, standing tall and loud [Chorus] Let the confidence catch up, catch up, catch up Take action first, never mind the butterflies Let the confidence catch up, catch up, catch up Be yourself out loud, no approval, no disguise [Bridge] Small brave steps, one by one Say it, try it, get it done Fear's a bluff, call it out This is what it's all about [Final Chorus] Let the confidence catch up, catch up, catch up Take action first, let the doubting fade away Let the confidence catch up, catch up, catch up Today's the day [Outro - Owen Cook segment] Owen Cook said it plain: take action, let the confidence catch up Inner game, outer game, small brave moves stack up Not a guru, just a coach, take the practical parts Step out, stay present, and follow your heart
