Israel: A One-Word Proof

Israel, in one word, proves that God above exists. You are unique, on all the earth, this truth we can’t resist. Your size is small, your land seems bleak, your neighbors—how they hate. Yet you were called through Abraham, and God outlined your fate. God gave you laws to bless your lives if you would just obey. Each one was meant for your own good if followed in His Way. If not, God said you’d face much grief till out to Him you cry. And throughout all of history, we see God does not lie. His Word described the road you’d take and how from God you’d turn. Your fate seemed doomed, yet God foretold someday you would return. You were dispersed, as prophesied, not long after the cross. The plants and creatures disappeared, Israel’s land became a loss. As we watch you, O Israel, and read God’s every Word, we see He’s true, He’s just, He knows! Denying Him’s absurd. Now then in nineteen forty-eight, God gave you back your land. And He fulfilled His promises, you still were in His Hand. The prophets wrote things would return: the flowers, the land and trees, flag, “shekel” and the Hebrew tongue, the animals, birds and bees. God knew His Word would stand the test, His every Word proves right, He let us find the Dead Sea Scrolls, which brought this truth to light: The Scrolls and Bible are the same, God’s Word has never changed; alive and full of prophecy, God alone fulfills this claim. As we watch you, O Israel, and read God’s every Word, we see He’s true, He’s just, He knows! Denying Him’s absurd.
