Alive In Christ (Dallin H. Oaks) [Apr 2026]

On this Easter morn the Savior rose again, Breaking every chain of death and sin. Universal resurrection for us all, Spirit and body perfect, standing tall. Alive in Christ, forever we will be, Resurrected, whole, and truly free. Because He lives, our hope is bright and sure, Alive in Christ, His love will endure. He calls us now to love as He has loved, God with all our heart, as from above. Love our neighbor, even those who oppose, Bless our enemies, offer peace, love grows. Alive in Christ, forever we will be, Resurrected, whole, and truly free. Because He lives, our hope is bright and sure, Alive in Christ, His love will endure. Forgo contention, choose the peacemaker’s way, Kind and gentle in the words we say. See each person as a child of God most dear, Pour forth love and cast away all fear. In our homes and in the world around, Let His holy light and peace abound. Mortal trials are but temporary pain, Eternal life with loved ones we’ll regain. Alive in Christ, forever we will be, Resurrected, whole, and truly free. Because He lives, our hope is bright and sure, Alive in Christ, His love will endure. Alive in Christ, we testify today, Following the Savior all the way. Peacemakers now, in every word and deed, Alive in Christ — His promise we believe.
