My fate is sealed, as I stand here, banged up and compromised. I feel the air, it's heating up, an omen of my demise. My time is through, though I deserve it, I cannot help but feel... That I had more, to give the world, I'm serious, for real... As a child, I always wondered, how would I spend my life? Could I thrive? Would I prosper? Where would I meet my wife? I did have dreams, although not certain, I never truly thought... That bad decisions, left unchecked, would lead me to be caught... I never meant, to hurt no one, I never meant to be... The kind of guy, that folks despise, the man they'd want to see, turned into glue, without remorse, a fellow of the street. A denizen, a vagabond, a beggar or a cheat. A scummy man, a hobo, that one guy selling meat. But now I stand, my choices made, the heat it rises still, I feel the sweat, upon my brow, these droplets of defeat... The engine roars so mighty, the adhesive must me made, a sacrifice, for decency, my legacy it seems... My final words? I am not sure... Just please, remember, me...
