Good evening, everyone Tonight, I'm just running a little test to see If Suno can" "actually follow The chord progression I uploaded These lyrics are just some silly lines I wrote to pass the time... Totally meaningless But if you have a minute to spare... Please, listen I scroll down my feed, alone in the room Everyone screaming a brand new boom This tool will change life! the hype boys say "Video and pictures, just click and play" I don't have a high-end GPU I don't care what your robots can do I just want a slow jazz, warm and deep While the rest of the world has gone to sleep The world feels uneasy, watching the flood Endless creations with no sweat or blood "Democratize music!" the big banners scream Two million tracks made out of a dream Commercial rights? In under a minute? A billion notes with no sorrow in it Is it good sound, or an empty shell? Just a flat line where the feelings fell The algorithm lacks that human spark No blood in the vein, no tear in the dark It averages out the sorrow and pain Smoothing the edges again and again Everything rounds off, polite and sweet A perfect plastic sound for the street Who cares for the lyrics? Who cares for the tone? When the machine has a heart of stone? Where are we going? Where did art go? Did it learn anything we didn't know? I press the button, I close my eyes Waiting for genius to improvise In zero seconds, without a care Two rounded tracks are suddenly there No cadence to land, no place to arrive... Just a meaningless noise that is not alive [Note] Inspired by the harmonies of J.S. Bach's famous Chaconne, I wrote a 32-bar piano progression designed to never fully resolve. Instead of giving the ear that satisfying "home" feeling, the chords float and linger, endlessly teasing to capture a sense of restless melancholy. I recorded the progression into my DAW and ran a test to see if Suno could improvise a fresh instrumental topline over it. The experiment failed. Instead of inventing a melody, the model simply traced the highest notes of my piano chords right back at me. "Well, fair enough," I thought. I gave up on the instrumental track and decided to see what happened if I threw in some sarcastic lyrics and made it a vocal tune instead. I figured a smoky, slow jazz ballad might salvage it. Naturally, I wasn't satisfied, kept hitting regenerate, and burned through quite a few credits before I knew it. Business as usual, really. Naturally, this jazz progression didn't work out either. ================ 皆さん、こんばんは 今夜はちょっとしたテスト アップロードしたコード進行を Sunoが本当に追えるかどうか確かめているだけ 歌詞は戯れに書いた言葉の並び もし少しだけ時間に余裕があるなら 聴いていってください 部屋でひとり、タイムラインをスクロールする 誰もが新しいブームを騒ぎ立てている 「このツールが人生を変える」と煽る人たち 「動画も画像も、クリックひとつで思い通り」 ハイスペックなGPUなんて持ってない ロボット(新しいAI) が何ができるかなんてどうでもいい ただ、温かくて深い、静かなジャズが欲しいだけ 世界中の人たちが眠りについたあとで 世界はどこか落ち着かない、溢れかえる作品を前に 汗も血も流さず生まれる、終わりのない創作物 「音楽の民主化」 掲げられたスローガン 夢の跡から吐き出される200万ものトラック 商用利用？ 1分も経たずに？ 何十億もの音符、悲しみのひとつも宿らない音 これは良い音色なの、それともただの抜け殻？ 起伏を失った水平線、感情が抜け落ちる アルゴリズムには、人間の火花が欠けている 血管を巡る血も、暗闇で流す涙もない 痛みも悲しみもすべて平均化されて 輪郭は何度も何度も丸められていく すべてが都合よく、耳触りよく整えられて 街路にばらまかれる量産されたプラスチックの響き 歌詞がどうとか、音色がどうとか、誰が気にするというのか 温もりのない回路に、愛を問うようなもの 私たちはどこへ向かい、芸術はどこへ消えたのか それは学んだのだろうか、私たちが知らなかった何かを 私はボタンを押し、目を閉じる 即興の閃きを待つ、間もなく まるで気にも留めてないような、ゼロ秒後 丸められたトラックがふたつ、そこに並んでいる 着地する終止形も、辿り着く場所もない... ただの無意味なノイズ。生きてはいない音 [Note] クラシックのバッハの名曲（シャコンヌ）から着想を得て、どこにも落ち着かない浮遊感のあるコード進行を作りました。あえて「すっきり解決して終わる」のをずっと我慢し、焦らすことで、心の揺れを表現した32小節のピアノ伴奏です。 これをDAWに録音し、「Sunoに読み込ませたらどんな新しいメロディを楽器で紡いでくれるだろう」とインスト曲として実験してみました。結果は見事に玉砕。AIは伴奏の一番高い音をただ機械的になぞるだけで、新しいフレーズを紡ぐ気配はありませんでした。 「まあ、そんなものか」とインストは諦め、せっかくなので皮肉を込めた歌詞を書いて歌わせてみることにしました。哀愁あるジャズなら形になるかもしれないと何度もリテイクを重ね、気づけば大量のクレジットが溶けていました。いつものことです（笑）。 ……まあ、このジャズのコード進行もしっかり失敗しているのだけれど。
