Where thyme and rue doth verdant stay. Seek'st thou a token of love, a token so rare, And whisper her name into the gentle night air. [Pre-Chorus Build up] [Chorus] (*O, where are you going?*), And tell her to make me, (*To Scarborough fair*), a cambric shirt, (*Savoury, sage*), Savoury, sage, (*rosemary, and thyme*), rosemary, and thyme, (*Remember me to a lass*), Without any seam, (*who lives there), without any needlework, (*For once she was*), And then she shall be, (*a true love of mine*), A true love of mine... ((a true love of mine!)) [Verse B - Soft Strings and Harmonies] Doth winter's frost bow to spring's first light, Yet hearts may still linger in endless night. Find’st thou the spindle where threads doth twine, And weave this heart gently in tune with thine. ((a true love of mine!)) [Wild Solos] [Femme - Verse C, Live Operatic] Winds carry songs o'er the hills so green, Where dreams and truth oft meet unseen. He brought me a garland of bloom most sweet, And voweth a love upon where two paths did meet. This technique allows you to contextually reprompt as a backing something from earlier in the track, (this usually works best with small ditties but with careful planning can be done with longer lyrical sections as you can see with this song!) Ensure that the adlib lines ( these ones ), are included as above with the presung section repeated on the initial prompting - you are looking for it to be working, but no need for musically perfect at this stage. The reason this works is THE ADLIB LINES (in brackets), where sung pre the intro section by the male voice in the seed / original version of the song. This adds that song window right at the top of the context bucket, It is vital to fill the context with the necessary parts, so that suno will reuse them on its journey to make a logical song. The idea of this workflow is not to just generate a song, but to generate a palette to paint with! The Original Version was then processed using COVER to cut that intro out, NOTE the exact lyrics remain as they where in the chorus as adlibs, ON THE SAME LINE either BEFORE, or AFTER the line of the main singer (experiment with both!) I generated Covers until it was structurally good and sound was about 80% clean. The Second version of the song was was then processed with Cover again! This time With a simple piano backing to get Suno to focus more on the vocals, (Too many layers can distort things on on a single gen I find), using an identical song structure, and as few genre tags as possible. Ideally I should have focused on a simpler Genre initially, and saved a step. The entire song when vocally clean was then Covered again (4th covering!) into the acoustic rock style we have here, and the end rebuilt with a single extension pushing towards a heavier style, and to give the song the end it deserves.
