Poland Stopped Kneeling πŸ”₯πŸ”Š

V6

[Intro] God. Honor. Homeland. Three words on the banner. And the fourth one left behind: accountability. [Verse I] For decades you stood at the pulpit, your finger pointed at society. Who lives wrong. Who loves wrong. Who doesn't believe enough. The moral inspection office of the Republic. Then the victims came forward. Not metaphors. Not an "attack on the Church." Not a conspiracy against faith. People. And the institution that had answers for everyone else's conscience suddenly had a problem with its own records. [Chorus] GOD! HONOR! STATISTICS! Baptized? Counted. Doesn't believe? Doesn't matter. Doesn't attend? Doesn't matter. The books still say: CATHOLIC POLAND. Only the nation has walked out of the numbers. [Verse II] Child sexual abuse is not an "image problem." A child is not a PR crisis. The reputation of an institution does not stand above the truth. It's not enough to say: "Just individuals." An offender may be an individual. But silence, moving them elsewhere, concealment, protecting the structure becomes a question about the system. [Break] Who knew? When? What did they do? Who did they protect? Who did they listen to? The institution that demanded an examination of conscience has been handed its own bill. [Verse III] The pulpit meets the podium. The cross meets the ballot box. Religion gives politics the language of absolutes. Politics gives religion access to power. And between them a simple world is manufactured: US. THEM. REAL POLES. ENEMIES OF POLAND. [Chorus] GOD! HONOR! STATISTICS! A cross beside the podium. A flag beside the altar. The politician wants sanctity. The hierarchy wants influence. Everybody gets something. Society gets the bill. [Verse IV] Then nationalism arrives. Cross. Eagle. Flares. "Real Poles." "Foreigners." "Traitors." First you define who belongs. Then you point out who doesn't. History knows this alphabet. Fascism, too, fed on the obsession with unity: one nation, one morality, one enemy. [Breakdown] POLE = CATHOLIC. FALSE. PATRIOT = BELIEVER. FALSE. CRITICISM OF THE CHURCH = TREASON. FALSE. AUTHORITY = IMMUNITY. FALSE. [Final] For years you confused majority with monopoly, tradition with ownership, faith with nationality, authority with immunity. Now you stare at the empty pews. And ask: what happened? [STOP] Poland stopped kneeling on command.
