If you see someone being harassed or threatened, your actions matter. Looking away does not help. In these situations, those affected often hope that someone will step in—but when people look away, the sense of helplessness grows. Your intervention can be crucial. Paying attention, speaking up, or actively organizing help can protect lives and provide support in moments of acute danger. Victims are rarely truly alone in public spaces. There are often others nearby—address them directly and ask for help. Collective action increases safety. Harassment, humiliation, and violence in public affect all genders. Women and men alike can be victims. Paralyzing fear often prevents those affected from defending themselves or asking for help. Stay alert. Look out for one another. Let us take responsibility together and make public spaces safer for everyone. !!! Your attention matters too! !!! !!! Your actions can help too !!! ✧✦═══⊰ - ⊱═══ ✦✧✦ ✦✧✦ ═══⊰ - ⊱═══✦✧✦ ✦✧✦ ═══⊰ - ⊱═══✦✧ Wir haben eine Deutsche Community für Suno Artisten aufgebaut. Couple stations left, suburb far from the glow, city rent too high, so I ride where it’s low. Night creeps in, faces fade, space starts to breathe, thought I’d found a moment just to stand and be me. Then my heartbeat jumps, like it knows what I don’t, air gets thick in my throat when I turn and I choke. Three shadows, crooked smiles, not a friendly hello, “Hey sweet thing,” they laugh, voices sharp, voices cold. Left hand flashes steel, right hand asks for my cash, “Wallet. Now. Or what— you think you tough? You gon’ act?” One grabs my jacket, pulls it open, hands roam, from my chest to my stomach like my body ain’t my own. “Stop… please,” slips out, thin, broken, ashamed, I’m raised not to strike, not to shove, not to swing. But there’s a blade in the light and the math don’t lie, morals freeze when your safety’s the price. I hand over my wallet just to keep my skin, but mercy ain’t currency in a room like this. “Show us,” they say, laughing like it’s all a game, time fractures, clothes tear, I’m losing my name. Spit hits my face, camera clicks, flashes burn, my head forced down while they mock and they turn. “Like it?” they sneer, reducing me to a joke, not a person, not a soul, just a target to choke. They document pain like trophies to save, proof of control, proof of power they crave. Train slows down, doors open, instinct screams run, I bolt into darkness, heart tearing my lungs. Shoes slap concrete, fear chasing my back, every step asking how the hell I survived that. This ain’t shock value. This ain’t fiction. This is what happens when violence gets permission. When we decide some bodies don’t get a voice, and silence becomes the loudest choice. Don’t tell me this is rare. Don’t tell me “men don’t break.” Trauma don’t check gender when it’s choosing who to take. Power wears many faces, laughs in different tones, and cruelty don’t care if you’re strong or alone. If this makes you uncomfortable— good, let it stay, that feeling’s the point, don’t look away. This ain’t about me, it’s bigger than scars, it’s about believing victims exactly as they are. [Hook] If you see someone cornered, don’t turn your head away, fear sounds the same in every voice, no matter what they say. Help ain’t gendered, pain don’t choose a side, step in, speak up, be the reason someone survives. It’s not about being brave, it’s about being there, one word, one move can pull someone out of despair. Protect the human first, forget the labels you know, when someone’s being hunted—stand up, don’t let them go.
