[Verse] Let's all go to a Christmas party tonight We won’t be long Lights flickering with such bright delight Laughter echoing from room to room Joyful spirits shaking off the gloom [Verse] I grab my drink I'll be back in a bit Glasses clinkin' everyone feels legit Friends are dancing like it’s never been done Feeling like we're basking in the sun [Chorus] The party was better than we thought Spirits high not a single blot Joking laughing in a holy night Everything just felt so right (Chorus2) Have a drink have a think How are you getting home Have a drink have a think How are you getting home Could be the last decision you will ever make [Verse] Drinks were going down way too well Jokes and stories we all had to tell Life felt perfect in that festive space Smiles beaming on every face [Chorus] The party was better than we thought Spirits high not a single blot Joking laughing in a holy night Everything just felt so right Chorus2) Have a drink have a think How are you getting home Have a drink have a think How are you getting home Could be the last decision you will ever make [Bridge] Now it's late time to drive back home Hearts were warm we weren’t alone Then a twist not in the plan A sudden crash fate had other plans
