Darkness Is Desperately Hopeless v. 3

[Chorus] Darkness is desperately hopeless. We should never forget this: that darkness is desperately hopeless. But, with God, we have heavenly bliss. Darkness is hopeless... [Verse 1] God is my place of safety; a very refuge, 'defence in this war. Yes to him, and not 'maybe...' The battle is his, 'victorious evermore. [Transition Instrumental] [Verse 2] There's no hope in dark ways. Oh, there's no hope in dark ways. There's no hope in dark ways. But sincerity with God pays. All my days, all my days, all my days: I will choose to praise the God of all, 'as Jesus did raise. There's no hope in dark ways— the world got it all wrong; praises to God: my strength and song. [Instrumental] [Verse 2] There's no hope in dark ways. [Instrumental] [Verse 3] God reigns supreme, over all creation; let's find all our meaning in him, 'set our dedication. God is Lord and the Lord is God; praise him, praise him; oh, yes, laud. For evil, there's nothing inspirational but all just hopelessness! Oh, isn't God sensational? DO NOT CHOOSE DARKNESS. [Chorus] Darkness is desperately hopeless. We should never forget this: that darkness is desperately hopeless. But, with God, we have heavenly bliss. Darkness is hopeless... [Chorus] Darkness is desperately hopeless. We should never forget this: that darkness is desperately hopeless. But, with God, we have heavenly bliss. Darkness is hopeless... [Instrumental]
