🎶 Seek First (Matthew 6 Blues) 2
"Seek First" 🎶 Seek First (Matthew 6 Blues) Verse 1 (The World's Worry vs. God's Knowledge - Matthew 6:31-32) (Male Vocal - Intimate, acknowledging common fears) You wake up and the worries start, they climb right in your head, Saying, "What shall we eat?" and "What shall we wear?" when you get out of bed. You ask about the money, the bills and the long week, The whole world runs after every single thing they seek. They live like the pagans, chasing after all that stuff, But your Heavenly Father knows when you've had enough! He knows that you need it, He sees every one of your needs, Don't plant the wrong garden, don't sow the worrying seeds. Chorus (The Core Command: Seek First) (Male Lead with Full Background Choir/Strings - Dynamic and powerful, major-key resolution) But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and let the Spirit lead, And all these things will be given to you as well, that's the promise and the creed! Yeah, shift your focus, get your heart right, and let your priority be true, Seek first His kingdom, and everything else will follow right to you! Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness! Verse 2 (The Daily Focus - Matthew 6:34) (Female Vocal - Reflective, focusing on practical trust) You don't have to carry the calendar, you don't have to hold the next day, 'Cause do not worry about tomorrow, that's what the good book says. You got one job only, one day you must manage, Tomorrow will worry about itself, let that fear be banished. Each day has enough trouble of its own, enough burdens to stand, Just trust the provision given right here in your hand. Don't try to borrow the troubles that aren't yet due, His mercy is new every morning, waiting right here for you. Guitar Solo (Instrumental Break - C Major Pentatonic/A Minor Blues Scale) (A dynamic solo that emphasizes confidence and release. The lead guitar should transition from a tense minor feel to a triumphant C Major melody to illustrate the shift from worry to trust.) Bridge (The Action of Trust) (Male and Female Duet - Urgent, fast-paced guidance) MALE: When the worry starts talking, shut the conversation down, Put your trust in the King who wore the ultimate crown! FEMALE: Turn away from the world, and what it tries to sell, Seek the eternal value, and the life that rings well! BOTH: Seek first His kingdom, seek first His righteousness, He takes care of the small things, He takes care of the stress! Chorus (Female Lead with Full Background Choir/Strings) But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and let the Spirit lead, And all these things will be given to you as well, that's the promise and the creed! Yeah, shift your focus, get your heart right, and let your priority be true, Seek first His kingdom, and everything else will follow right to you! Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness! Outro (Final Affirmation) (Male Vocal with Choir Ad-Libs - Fading out with a steady beat) Seek first... (Choir: Seek first the King!) Don't worry about tomorrow... (Choir: No future fear!) He knows what you need... (Choir: He knows it well!) All these things will be given, trust the truth He tells! (Music fades slowly on a final, sustained C Major chord.)
