[Verse 1] When I met you in person, I fell hard Pilot eyes, brave heart, going far You cut the sky like a silver line And I stood still, just watching you shine [Pre-Chorus] If you hear me up there Please lean in close I’m sending a kiss On the wind you know [Chorus] My heavenly prince Look back at the ground (My heavenly prince) I’m waving right now Pilots are great You make my world spin My heavenly prince Come back again [Verse 2] When you fly over me today I hope you catch me looking up your way Down here a boy keeps lifting his hand Wanting your shadow, wanting your land [Pre-Chorus] If you hear me up there Please don’t be shy I’m calling your name Through the open sky [Chorus] My heavenly prince Look back at the ground (My heavenly prince) I’m waving right now Pilots are great You make my world spin My heavenly prince Come back again [Bridge] Take my kiss On your heavenly lips Take my wish On those passing winds If you turn that way You’ll know it’s me A boy below Still believing [Final Chorus] My heavenly prince Look back at the ground (My heavenly prince) I’m waving right now Pilots are great You make my world spin My heavenly prince Come back again (My heavenly prince) Come back again
