[Intro] They say each disaster follows wherever an Absol roams. A curse woven within its fur and death twisted in its bones. A shadow on the horizon howling in the night. Most eyes carry no future sight but the eyes of Absol just might. Here to warn of impending scorn... [Verse 1] Silver silhouette standin' high upon the horizons line. Scar carved in moonlight, arrived just in time to give us a sign. The wind changed direction, pressure dropped, storm clouds fill the sky. Absol felt the danger long before the rain came and the rivers rose high. It ran through the streets, it howled in the park. People cursed it's name, called it a demon of the dark. No matter how it tried to warn us nothing it did ever worked. Nobody saw it as anything but a fiend of the dark it lurked. Only thing they knew was that it appeared just before the pain. So the people pointed fingers and feared what they fail to explain. "Get away beast, you're the reason doom arrives!" "We must chase the demon off or else nobody survives!" Then the heavens split open and a great flood consumed the lands. Kyogre rose from trenches where the sunlight no longer commands. Forests became driftwood and homes were lost under the churning foam. Only a few survivors left watchin' their dead drift where currents may roam. Absol stood helpless among the fading screams and cries. The only one who saw it coming was the only one hated in their eyes. [Hook] Absol tried to warn you, It tried to save Tried to stop prophecy from becoming another grave You see the shadow, but you didn't see the pain. You just blamed the messenger while drownin' in the rain. Absol hears calamity always callin' it's name It never brought the rain but it's cursed all the same. [Verse 2] Months passed by and the waters had all dried. But the hatred still remained, Absol still terrified. Then the earth started trembling beneath it's paws at night. Fault lines groaned softly as if the earth was preparing for a fight. Absol raced again across valleys and down dusty roads. As swift as it strode the path behind it rapidly corrodes. "Here comes disaster brace yourselves for an attack!" "Look how the streets crack now that cursed thing has come back." As people shut their windows and children threw rocks They didn't know the level of calamity in it's steps that stalks. Then the mountains exploded like the world began to crack apart. Groudon woke angry with burning magma flowing from it's heart Cities folded inward, stone shattered like panes of glass. Entire cities vanished before the tectonic fury could pass. The ground opened like hungering jaws starving for a feast. It swallowed everything friend and foe consumed by a different beast. What a hard life to live with such weight tugging at it's soul. Carryin' this heavy toll, they cursed it again before the last pebble ceased to roll. They cursed it's name with even more hatred this time around. They saw Kyogre, they saw Groudon yet they still blame the hound. [Hook] Absol tried to warn them, they wouldn't let it save. Tried to stop these hands of fate and the destruction they gave. They only saw the shadow, but now they feel the pain. They just hate the messenger more the fewer that remain. Absol tries to warn of the horrors that loom but doom whispers first. Tragedy came with a thirst then it hit again as entire regions tectonics had burst. [Verse 3] Then came the call of catastrophe it knew may be the last and final chance. An emerald draconic atmospheric lance tore past so fast it was gone in a glance. The terror of the sea, the tyrant of the land, they awoke the titan in the sky. Water and Earth must fall back in peace no matter how many more must die. Absol saw a grim vision now radiating from it's clairvoyant horn. A world ripped and torn long for told in days of old the apocalypse was born. If some are left alive they'll curse it's name til death finally arrived. It warned whom remain but ignorance hadn't just survived it thrived. Three leviathans waging war yet men still proclaim blame upon Absol's name. No matter the man the outcome remained the same, truly is an awful shame. Future sight but no clear means to voice it's prophetic distress. Land, sea, and air locked in this violent mess, doom may fall any minute if not less. The power of each was the most terrible beauty ever known. Future sight had barely shown the level of ruin these legends had grown. Tsunamis of stone, mud, flames, and rage stretched so high. Out of reach of Rayquaza, the more they'd try the higher it would fly. Fire and flood lost their fury and must return to sleep for two thousand years. Rayquaza flew beyond the clouds awaiting the day their awakening nears. [Outro] The only witness still trying to help each and every ignorant fool. Even now it resists the pull of changing into their idea of cruel. Though few souls remain after nearly every thing lies in ruin or now lies dead... Absol still carries that sense of dread knowin' it'll be hated instead.
