[!intro] lord jesus until i find out what they do, i pray that you will keep me true. your work in me is far more grand than all i try to understand. guard me from human philosophy, and the pull of forces away from thee. thank you that i still stand and pray, kept from the cliff of unbelief today. give me discernment in what i choose, in books, on screens, and in the news. for in you dwells the fullness of deity, revealed in bodily grace to me. amazing, amazing, absolutely amazing, your holy name i am forever praising. o lord, these forces are so strong, and to worldly ideas i easily belong. have mercy, give me courage to say no to anything that dims your spirit's glow, or undermines my fellowship with you, and weakens the witness i am called to do. how could i ever wander from your side, where grace and truth forever abide? for in you dwells the fullness of deity, revealed in bodily grace to me. amazing, amazing, absolutely amazing, your holy name i am forever praising. help me today to look to you, to see your glory, fresh and new. let this amazement spill over at work, i pray, to lead others to your light and way. in jesus’s name, amen.
