It's one of those nights again Where every thought gets loud I know what I should do about it I just don't know how I've turned it over long enough There ain't another side Some things don't get any clearer Just because you stay up all night Morning don't need my permission It'll come whether I'm ready or not Sun's gonna climb above that horizon And give me a little more to work with I don't have to fix it tonight I just gotta let this night get gone The sun will rise in the morning And maybe I'll know what to do So I'll leave it where it is Maybe I'll see what matters then Maybe I won't see it at all But I'll have a little daylight And that's better than this dark Morning don't need my permission It'll come whether I'm ready or not Sun's gonna climb above that horizon And give me a little more to work with I don't have to fix it tonight I just gotta let this night get gone The sun will rise in the morning And maybe I'll know what to do So I'll leave it where it is Let the night have the rest Tomorrow's got some explaining to do I'll meet it when it gets here
