Little Red ft SugarBush Road [SCL - Re:Mixed Signals]
A remix, actually it's more like a full reimagining of Sugarbush Roads track "Litle Red" https://suno.com/song/0c383258-561d-46bc-8e1b-e25080333960 This was done for the SCL over on The Soundry's Discord. https://discord.gg/paNfVhAKw6 A big bad wolf is tracking me through the wood, breath cold as pennies, hands inside that hood. He told me Nana’s gone—said it soft, said it good— and I answered to the name they gave me: Little Red. Broken glass on linoleum, shades pulled low, rust-brown halo where something let go. Copper in the air, velvet torn into rows— “Shut the door,” he murmurs. “Come in, Little Red.” Big bad wolf, you came today— how far am I from home? “What big teeth you have,” I pray; tell me how long we’re alone. You said, “Come under this warm blanket.” You said, “Look what’s inside this jacket.” I learned the shape of lies by heart, and held my breath like a sacrament. Coiled words drip bitter from your bed, whiskey breath, a grin like something dead. Dark intent crawls over what I said— I can’t turn back. I keep walking, Little Red. Big bad wolf, you came to play— how far am I from home? “What big teeth you have,” I say; tell me how long we’re alone. You said, “Come under this warm blanket.” You said, “Look what’s inside this jacket.” I count the seconds on my ribs, and wear my silence like a locket. Big bad wolf, you came to stay— how far am I from home? “What big teeth,” I whisper late; God knows we’re here alone. But I turn back. I will not give in. Name myself back—no longer Little Red.
