Foggy Foghorn Leghorn
[Verse 1] Ol’ Foghorn’s struttin’ through the barn, Cluckin’ loud as a bugle horn! "Boy, I say, boy, you’ll never beat me," He told that chicken hawk so cheekily! Sylvester’s in the corner, chasing that bird, Tweety’s just laughin’—ain’t said a word! Meanwhile, Granny’s rockin’, shotgun in hand, Ready to keep peace on her farmland. [Chorus] Foghorn Leghorn, king of the coop! Talking so fast, he makes your head loop. Bugs and Daffy peek through the corn, Laughin’ at the antics of ol’ Foghorn! [Verse 2] Yosemite Sam came yellin’, “Where’s my gold?!” But Foghorn tricked him with wit so bold. Elmer’s out hunting, sneakin’ through the hay, But that rooster sent him tumblin’ away! Pepe Le Pew slid in with his “Bonjour,” But Foghorn squawked, “Go out the barn door!” Taz spun by, tearing up the pen, While Foghorn crowed, “You’ll be back again!” [Bridge] ("Boy, I say, fiddle faster!") [Chorus] Foghorn Leghorn, quick on his feet, Turning every problem into a defeat! Marvin the Martian? Can’t keep up, forlorn, No one outsmarts ol’ Foghorn! [Verse 3] Porky Pig came in, stammerin’, “B-b-by golly!” While Daffy Duck quacked, “This is pure folly!” Road Runner zipped past with his “Meep Meep,” And Foghorn hollered, “This rooster don’t sleep!” Speedy Gonzales grabbed some cheese and fled, While Granny hollered, “Back to bed!” All the Looney gang laughed until dawn, But Foghorn strutted, crowin’ on his lawn! [Outro] So if you’re ever down in ol’ Looneyville, Where the corn grows tall on that cartoon hill, Just listen close at the break of morn, You’ll hear the crow of ol’ Foghorn! (Spoken) "That’s all, folks!"
