Let it be Known

[Verse1]Sitting here praying, beneath the twilight sky,Counting the moments, as they drift on by,Whispers of hope curl like smoke in the air,Wishing for peace, for the burdens we bear.[Chorus]Let it be known, we’re more than the scars,No longer caught in the shadow of wars,They don’t see the truth, lost in their lies,But deep in our hearts, love forever will rise.[Verse2]Months of the tempest, the chaos, the dread,Yet every sunrise brings a promise instead,Wrapped in innocence, amidst the cruel game,We’re shining like diamonds, refusing the blame.[Chorus]Let it be known, we’re more than the scars,No longer caught in the shadow of wars,They don’t see the truth, lost in their lies,But deep in our hearts, love forever will rise.[Bridge]And when the night falls, we’ll gather our dreams,With threads of forgiveness, woven at the seams,No longer a puppet, we cut every string,Together we’ll dance, let our spirits take wing.[Chorus]Let it be known, we’re more than the scars,No longer caught in the shadow of wars,They don’t see the truth, lost in their lies,But deep in our hearts, love forever will rise.Let it be known, we’re more than the scars,No longer caught in the shadow of wars,They don’t see the truth, lost in their lies,But deep in our hearts, love forever will rise[Outro]Sitting here praying, with the hope that will swell,For a brighter tomorrow, where all of us dwell,In a world where we’re free, where love leads the way,Together in harmony, we’ll seize every day.
