[Intro] The morning opens The light comes in The weary heart Can breathe again [Verse 1] There is a day when the burden grows lighter There is a place where the restless can rest Mercy arrives like the first light of morning Peace settles softly inside of the chest High and low Come as one Turning their hearts Toward the Holy One [Pre-Chorus] Leave the weight behind Let the weary breathe There is living water Flowing endlessly [Chorus] THIS IS THE DAY OF LIGHT THIS IS THE DAY OF JOY LIFT UP YOUR HEART AND LET THE MERCY FLOW THIS IS THE DAY OF REST THIS IS THE DAY OF GRACE HOLY, HOLY THE LORD IS IN THIS PLACE [Groove Break] Oh... Let it flow Let it flow Grace like water Grace like water [Verse 2] Across the nations a promise is calling Hungry souls gather and come to the stream Gospel light like a river is shining Waking the heart from a long troubled dream Come and drink Come and see There is life For the soul that believes [Pre-Chorus] Leave the weight behind Let the weary breathe There is living water Flowing endlessly [Chorus] THIS IS THE DAY OF LIGHT THIS IS THE DAY OF JOY LIFT UP YOUR HEART AND LET THE MERCY FLOW THIS IS THE DAY OF REST THIS IS THE DAY OF GRACE HOLY, HOLY THE LORD IS IN THIS PLACE [Instrumental Deep-House Passage] [Bridge — Floating Vocals] More grace... More mercy... More life... More peace... From glory into glory You are changing me From strength into strength You are carrying me Until the rest that waits beyond Until the everlasting dawn [Build] Holy... Holy... Holy... Three in One... [Final Chorus] THIS IS THE DAY OF LIGHT THIS IS THE DAY OF JOY LIFT UP YOUR HEART AND LET THE MERCY FLOW THIS IS THE DAY OF REST THIS IS THE DAY OF GRACE HOLY, HOLY THE LORD IS IN THIS PLACE [Outro — Extended Groove] Let the nations sing... Let the weary rest... Let the living water flow... Holy... Holy... Holy... Forever.
