Pigeons on My Balcony Blues (Alternate version)

Forty pigeons on my balcony Always staring back at me Feathers flying in the breeze Dirty mess is all I see Every morning break of dawn Hear their cooing sing along Wish they'd find another place Tired of cleanin' that disgrace Oh those pigeons drive me mad ("Oh those pigeons drive me mad") Dirty turns my daytime sad ("Dirty turns my daytime sad") Flying low they always land Roosting high oh what a band Tried the spikes and tried the scares Nothing works they're still there Neighbors laughing at my plight Forty pigeons every night Lonely cooing through the day Wish they'd find another bay Chased them out but they return Balcony's a pigeon burn Oh those pigeons drive me mad ("Oh those pigeons drive me mad") Dirty turns my daytime sad ("Dirty turns my daytime sad") Flying low they always land Roosting high oh what a band
