[Instrumental intro] [Quiet Piano solo] [Spoken words] Tonight, the usual jogging too ... For the jogging,, I changed into quick-drying underware pants after stretching. I felt something was off when I put them on, but it was getting late, so I just put on my shorts and went out. While jogging, I felt something strange around my crotch and buttocks. The area around my crotch felt loose, and my buttocks felt tight around the crack but loose around the surrounding area. The looseness around my crotch particularly bothered me, though it didn’t affect my running at all. When I got home and took a bath, I checked and realized I had put my underware pants on backward. I thought, "Underware pants are really well-made." [Instrumental Break] Another day ...... My stomach feels heavy from overeating. After dinner, I usually enjoy my favorite chocolate. But today, instead of chocolate, I sneakily ate a bit more of my go-to snack, granola, when I felt a bit peckish. Letting the crunchy granola soak in milk for a bit makes it even more delicious. I was very satisfied. But when I tried to do my usual stretching and bending exercises, my stomach got in the way and I couldn't do them as well as I wanted to. Looking in the mirror, I noticed my belly was sticking out. Granola can really fill you up. It was a bit of a nuisance, but it couldn't be helped. When I went for my run, as expected, it was tough. And of course, the wind was stronger than usual. As always, towards the end, I struggled up the uphill return path by the Toga River, mumbling to myself, "Humans tend to overeat, tend to overeat," but I managed to finish the run without walking... [Instrumental Break] Another day ...... So, for dinner, I made curry. But I completely forgot that my wife made curry soup this morning and I also ate it. Then, she said rather harshly, "Why curry when we had curry soup this morning?" and I got quite upset, which led to a marital quarrel that not even a dog would eat. Thinking that I might improve my running time by jogging while still angry, I went for a run, but my time didn’t improve at all, and I was disappointed... It seems that the power of anger is just momentary. There’s something called the 6-second rule in anger management, but in my case, it takes at least 15 minutes to change clothes, stretch, and start running after getting angry. Fifteen minutes is too long to keep being angry. So, I can't convert my anger into running power at all... [Instrumental Piano solo] [Fade out] [End]
