This is a cover of a track I composed back in 2006 using Cubase and almost exclusively the sounds from a free VST synth called Crystalβ€”which is where the title comes from. The only thing I didn't use Crystal for was the drums. Around that time, I also got hold of .Werkkzeug1, the demo creation tool released by the legendary demoscene group Farbrausch, and started experimenting with it. In the end, I created a small demo and used this track as its soundtrack, synchronizing the visuals with the music. The demo you're seeing in this track's hook is that very same production. I've tried to sync the visuals as closely as possible with this new version of the music. It's not a perfect match, but I think it turned out pretty well. If you'd like to see the original demo with the original soundtrack, just search YouTube for "crystallized demo hd altairsound". Thanks so much for listening, and thanks for your likes and comments!
