Got Snow shoes in August!!. And, the Snow is piling up! and the temperature’s falling down and you feel you've had enough. Running away from the polar bears, And it’s at least four thousand miles to town All this and twelve feet of snow has really got you down. Water freezes at thirty two degrees, Which means you always have ice Even in the dead of summer, you’d think that’d be nice But the thing about Alaska, Is that you chewing ice to get warmed up Never take off your snow shoes Because they’re always laced up! Bring your warmest jacket And you’ll still be cold But, that’s just the summer In winter it’s 400 fold! If you run out of fuel For you’re moose or your truck You’ll find Yourself frozen Sorry friend, you’re out of luck There’s no St. Bernard that’ll come save you today No whiskey around the collar to get you through the day What’s the moral of the story, well that’s plain to see Stay away from Alaska and away from the freeze!
