Bless the Lord my God Believe in His Holiness I will praise Your Name Even in my loneliness You are the Bright Morning Star Rising in my darkest night Bearer of my sin, You heal my heart In You I find my light The Bright Morning Star The Bearer of my sin You are worthy of my praise In You is where I must begin You are the Bright Morning Star Rising in my darkest night Bearer of my sin, You heal my heart In You I find my light We are baptized into one Into one hope we are brought In working with others Unity will be bought Even in my loneliness You are always near Teaching me to trust Your grace Wiping every tear You are the Bright Morning Star Rising in my darkest night Bearer of my sin, You heal my heart In You I find my light In You I find my light Bless the Lord my God… In You is where I must begin [Music and Lyrics by Jennifer Leigh Nelson © 2026 Cajora Creations, LLC.
