“Higher Now” Verse 1 City breathing slow, neon in our eyes Heartbeat in the dark, lightning in the sky Yesterday is gone, we don’t look back Tonight we’re fire, we’re on track Pre-Chorus I feel it in my chest when you say my name Like the whole world’s burning in the same flame No gravity, just light and sound Are you ready now? We’re ready now Chorus We’re taking it higher now – oh oh oh Let it hit like a fire inside our bones No limits now – oh oh oh Every moment screaming “this is home” We’re taking it higher now (Drop vocal: oh-oh, eh-eh, higher now) Verse 2 Shadows fade out when the bass comes alive Every dream wakes up tonight Step by step into the glow When the beat drops, we lose control Pre-Chorus Hands up, feel the pressure rise When the rhythm takes the night Nothing left to fear, nothing holding down This is everything, this is now Chorus We’re taking it higher now – oh oh oh Let it hit like a fire inside our bones No limits now – oh oh oh Every moment screaming “this is home” We’re taking it higher now Bridge (Breakdown) If we fall, we fall together If we fly, it’s forever Hold me close, let me go This is energy, let it flow (Build → Drop) Final Chorus We’re taking it higher now – oh oh oh Hands up, let the whole world know No fear left – oh oh oh Feel the rush, let the future glow We’re taking it higher now Outro Oh-oh, higher now Oh-oh, let it out
