Growing doubt crept into Sleipnir’s mind. She didn’t want to believe the Valkyrie’s words, but too much of it made sense. Not wanting her faith tested, she did research of her own and uncovered the truth: the fire five years ago that killed a man, and the synthetic wife he left behind. Alice. Armed with the truth, Sleipnir confronted Testament, demanding answers for her false identity and the reality of her ‘paradise.’ Testament, in turn, cast Sleipnir out of her arms, saying that she had lost her faith. Sleipnir vowed to stop the synthetic uprising, and Testament warned her to stay out of things. ================================================== [Sleipnir] You took me in, showed me compassion.
