[Intro: Warehouse ambience, radios clicking, computer terminals, distant storm sounds] [Dispatch - Female Voice - Radio] Alright everyone. Quick radio check. We are investigating possible channel interference. If you hear another operator... Do not interrupt. Just report the channel. [Steve - Male Voice] So we're calling it interference now? [Dispatch - Female Voice] That's what it looks like. [Sound: Radio static] [Steve - Male Voice - Radio] Forklift Seven. Checking in. [Ducati - Male Voice - Radio] Dramática. Signal received. [Pause] [Steve] There it is again. [Dispatch] Different location. Same channel. [Cut: Dramática cockpit] [Ducati - Male Voice] The transmission disappeared. [Laizer Beam - Female Voice] No. It moved. [Ducati] Same signal? [Laizer Beam] Same pattern. Different source. [Cut: Pawpoint Control] [Pawpoint Radar - Male Voice] Control, I'm getting signal overlap again. [Pawpoint Tower - Female Voice] From the unidentified contact? [Pawpoint Radar] Not exactly. Multiple transmissions. [Pawpoint Tower] Can you locate them? [Pawpoint Radar] No. But they are outside normal range. [Music builds] [Warehouse] [Steve - Male Voice] Outside range? How does a radio work outside range? [Dispatch] Bad equipment. A repeater. Atmospheric interference. Something like that. [Pawpoint] [Pawpoint Tower] Could be a relay station. [Pawpoint Radar] Could be. [Dramática] [Laizer Beam] Could be the rift affecting communications. [Ducati] Could be. [Narrator - Male Voice] Three teams. Three locations. Three explanations. Nobody had the whole picture. [Radio Static] [Dispatch - Female Voice - Radio] Unknown operators. Please maintain communication discipline. One channel at a time. [Pawpoint Tower - Radio] Copy. [Ducati - Radio] Copy. [Steve - Radio] Copy. [Pause] [Unknown Voice - Distorted Radio] Copy. [Silence] [Steve] ...did anyone recognize that one? [Dispatch] No. [Laizer Beam] No. [Pawpoint Tower] Negative. [End: Radio static fades] [Narrator - Male Voice] The signal was getting stronger. But nobody was looking for a new world. They were looking for a broken radio.
