[Verse 1] The snow is falling deep on MicroTech tonight, New Babbage glowing in the Luminalia light. We’ve traded goods in Stanton, seen the Pyro flare, Burned through the jump points with no time to spare. The hangar doors are closed, the engines cool down low, But there’s a place in darkness where we really want to go. [Chorus] We send a signal out, from Stanton’s golden light, Through Pyro’s burning clouds, to Nyx’s endless night. We have the stations and the belts, the asteroids and dust, But Santa, hear our prayer, in Chris Roberts we will trust. For Patch 4.5, we have just one request: Give us a rock in Nyx where we can finally rest. [Verse 2] Levski is lonely floating in the shade, Waiting for the targets that the roadmap laid. We’ve scanned the nebula, the gas clouds and the void, Avoided pirates and the ships they have destroyed. The map is getting bigger, the stars are shining bright, But we need solid ground to park our ships tonight. [Bridge] We bought the capital ships and the guns to play, We bought the limited skins on this holiday. The funding is secure, yeah, we made the servers sing, (We know where the money went!) Now show us what the future of the Nyx system will bring. One moon, one planet, just a surface made of stone, So Delamar (or somewhere else) won’t feel so all alone. [Verse 3] The MXSG is ready, the fleet is standing by, To Xplore and Xtract beneath a brand new sky. The Multi X Strategy Group knows what to do, We Xtrade for the profit and we’re coming through. Strategy is waiting, the engines burn so blue, Merry Christmas from the void — to every one of you. [Outro: Spoken Word - Deep Male Voice like Santa] Merry Christmas, Citizens. OmOzzO from MXSG signing off... see you in the verse... ho ... ho ... ho ...
