SONG NOTES It snowed! SONG LYRICS [Intro] [instrumental like soft falling snow] [Verse] Icicles hang like chandeliers of glass Snowflakes whisper as they fall and amass The snow falls thick while the sky’s a quilt of grey And footprints vanish where the children play [Pre-chorus] The world’s a blanket soft and white A quiet hush in the silver light [Chorus] Ooooohhhh–! Let it snow! Let us sing With every bell and every ring Winter’s here in its parade– This is our snowfall serenade! [Verse 2] Frosty windows paint stories untold Fingers wrapped tight ‘round mugs to hold Candles flicker like stars on a tree A wintery hymn in harmony [Pre-chorus 2] And the air so crisp it bites Under the glow of a thousand lights [Chorus] Ooooohhhh–! Let it snow! Let us sing With every bell and every ring Winter’s here in its parade– This is our snowfall serenade! [instrumental interlude like children at play in the snow] Aaaahhhhh! Ooohhhhhh! Mmmmm. [instrumental like people enjoying a quiet winter walk in the snow] [Bridge] Footsteps crunch on a powdered street Echoes rise where the carolers meet The stars wink down like they know the tune The cold wraps close beneath the moon [Pre-chorus 3] Silver bells in the distance ring Echoes of joy that the season brings [Chorus] Ooooohhhh–! Let it snow! Let us sing With every bell and every ring Winter’s here in its parade– This is our snowfall serenade! [soft sparkly instrumental outro like softly falling snow] [fade out]
