[Verse 1] God so loved this fallen world He gave His only Son Jesus paid the price for sin The finished work is done Whosoever believes in Him Shall have eternal life God has spoken faithfully And God cannot lie [Chorus] Thou shalt be saved Thou shalt be saved Call upon the name of the Lord Thou shalt be saved Not might, not maybe Not only when you feel the faith God has given His covenant Word Thou shalt be saved [Verse 2] Believe within your heart That God raised Him from the grave Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord And thou shalt be saved My feelings rise, my feelings fall But His Word remains the same My assurance rests on faithfulness And the promise of His name [Bridge] God said it I believe Him Jesus paid it all I confessed Him as my Lord And upon His name I called No power can erase His Word No fear can change what Jesus gave Whosoever calls upon the Lord Shall be saved [Final Chorus] Thou shalt be saved Thou shalt be saved Call upon the name of the Lord Thou shalt be saved Not might, not maybe His promise still remains God is true and faithful Thou shalt be saved [Spoken Outro] My assurance is grounded in God’s faithfulness—not in the strength of my emotions on a particular day.
