[Spoken Intro] Everyone, meet Faith! [instrumental intro] [Verse 1] Way out in the garden, where the gum trees grow tall, There’s a tiny little friend, not very big at all! She’s got patches on her wings of yellow, pink, and blue, And she’s coming to the billabong to play with you! [Chorus] Faith! Faith! The Rainbow Butterfly! Fluttering her wings across the big blue sky! With a zip, and a zap, and a neon glow, She’s the brightest little legend that you’ll ever know! [Verse 2] She doesn't like to sit, she doesn't like to stay, She’d rather dance with dragonflies all through the day! From the Outback sand to the Great Barrier Reef, She’s the fastest flyer, beyond all belief! [Bridge] Left wing! (Clap, clap!) Right wing! (Clap, clap!) Now spin like a rainbow! [Outro] So if you see a sparkle in the bright midday sun, It’s just our friend Faith, having heaps of fun! Faith! The Rainbow Butterfly!
