🎶 PRESUMPTUOUS PT3 [Intro - spoken] Funny thing about presumption… It always talks louder than Scripture. Always claims, “You can’t know,” when the Word never said that. [Verse 1] I hear ’em say, “No one’s perfect… no one knows truth… no one can walk clean… no one can see proof.” But show me the verse, ’cause I’ve searched the text, and none of those lines are written. That’s flesh talkin’, fear talkin’, lazy hearts hittin’ snooze on wisdom. If the Shepherd said, “Be perfect,” who are you to say He lied? If the Book says, “Seek and find,” why’d you stop before you tried? Truth ain’t hidden, you just won’t dig. Most folks study like their soul’s on discount, like eternity ain’t big. [Pre-Chorus] Presumption is a blindfold people tie themselves, a chain they claim YaHUaH forged, but He didn’t. They call limits “humility,” but it’s just doubt dressed up pretty. And doubt is cheap… Truth costs suffering, changing, repenting, and that’s why most run. [Chorus] Why you so presumptuous? Why you talk like He left us clueless? Why you act like truth ain’t luminous, when the Word lights every step we take? You say we “can’t know” the mark, but that’s your fear, not His. You say we “can’t know” the calendar, but Scripture mapped it, star by star. Presumption keeps you weak… Truth makes you rise. [Verse 2] They say, “No one can know the calendar.” Then explain why the lights were set in the sky as “signs, seasons, days, and years”? Explain why the Shabath lands exact, month after month, when you actually track the luminaries instead of church tradition. They say, “No one can know the Mark of the Beast.” But then they never study the word charagma, never check the witness of the law, never test doctrine like their soul weighs something. Truth is there, they just don’t want the fight that comes with seeing it. People defend their limits more than they defend the Word. They call your certainty “arrogance,” but call their ignorance “faith.” What backwards world is that? [Pre-Chorus 2] If Scripture says we can “number our days,” why pretend we can’t? If the prophets walked in truth, why deny it’s possible now? Presumption is comfort, truth is commitment. [Bridge - soft, surgical] They ain’t afraid the truth is hidden… they’re afraid it’s clear. ’Cause once you see truth, you’re responsible. And responsibility costs comfort. Most people would rather stay blind than walk accountable. [Final Chorus - heavier] Why you so presumptuous? Why you doubt what He already gave us? Why you preach limits He never wrote, lifting fear like it’s gospel? No, truth is knowable. His mark is knowable. Numbering our days is doable. Living clean is achievable. Stop calling weakness “wisdom.” Start calling truth… truth. [Outro - spoken] Presumption never saved anybody. Truth does. Seek it like your soul’s worth it.
