━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━L A S T T R A I N S I R E N━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Some voices do not haunt houses. They wait beneath platform lights, inside cracked speakers and behind black train windows, wearing the shape of someone you once loved. Last Train Siren follows a man who hears a familiar voice on the final train home. Every stop carries him further from the city and deeper into the memory he thought he had buried. He knows it is not her. I built the song around rain on glass, broken station signals, dark alt R&B, Haunted future bass, high pitched female siren chops and a cello that rises like something trying to remember it's own name. By the time the destination screen goes blank, the train is no longer taking him home. It is taking him back.
