Welcome to The Upper Room (Season 2 Jackie's Back)

When I learned we were hosting Sarah Sarah's Gospel House Brunch, and she personally asked for me... I was nervous. Afterall, I don't sing Gospel songs. But I am a traveler. I embrace the opportunity to take a musical journey through this beautiful heavenly space with you. Sarah Sarah, sister I am here, riding on this cloud in The Upper Room with you. And to you, Jackie, I just want to say, thank you for giving me a musical home. Girl's like me are too often misunderstood. Surely it is a sin, and aught to be a crime, to curse those who make you feel good. Today we have a special cast of performers who will make you feel so good your brain won't have room for negative thoughts... your heart won't have space for more happiness... darkness will have no power over your light. In fact, you will feel so good today, you will sign the petition for the Foster Future Funds Act. Jaimee the Panthress is right there in the back, stand up Jaimee, wave at the good people. I have asked mayoral candidate Detective Jimmy to tell you more about the Foster Future Funds Act, and what he plans to do for the citizen's of coffy town if we elect him Mayor. But that comes later. Guess what Sweet Hearts? Right now, our Angelic Dancers are passing around a gift I brought for you. Please put your hands together for the Upper Room Band. I hope you enjoy my new song, Ask a Silly Question: A Whimsical Sermonette, available now on the Coffy House Music label.
