[Verse 1] Little frog hopping where the lily pads sway Splashing through the pond on a sunny summer day Dragonflies were glimmering like jewels in the sky And silver minnows darted past as quick as they could fly [Chorus] Hop, hop, little frog, splash and play all day, Dancing on the lily pads, laughing all the way, Croak, croak, little frog, under skies so blue, Every pond adventure brings a new surprise for you! [Verse 2] Past the waving cattails and the reeds so green and tall Little frog discovered things both tiny and small Water bugs were skating where the sparkling ripples shone And a family of ducklings paddled proudly by the pond [Chorus: Splash sound in 1st line | Ribbit sounds in 3rd ine] Hop, hop, little frog, splash and play all day, Dancing on the lily pads, laughing all the way, Croak, croak, little frog, under skies so blue, Every pond adventure brings a new surprise for you! [Bridge] Butterflies were floating on a warm and gentle breeze Dragonflies were dancing through the cattails and the trees What new wonder waits today? He couldn't wait to see The pond was full of magic as far as it could be [Final Chorus] Hop, hop, little frog, splash and play all day, Dancing on the lily pads, laughing all the way, Croak, croak, little frog, under skies so blue, Every pond adventure brings a new surprise for you! Yes, every pond adventure brings a new surprise for you!
